SlotPKR is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — requires submission of a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of your payment method. The payment method you use to deposit must be the same method you use for withdrawals where that method supports outbound transfers. Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within one hour for fully verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers are typically completed within four business hours. Card withdrawals are subject to the processing timelines of the issuing bank, usually one to three business days.

SlotPKR offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions in this section. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to your SlotPKR account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless stated otherwise.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, staking patterns designed to exploit bonus conditions without genuine play, coordinated wagering between accounts to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play — is strictly prohibited at SlotPKR. Where bonus abuse is detected, all related bonuses are voided and the account may be suspended.
Unused or unclaimed bonuses at SlotPKR expire after the period stated in the promotion. In the absence of a specific expiry date, the default bonus expiry period is 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
While wagering a bonus at SlotPKR, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game interaction is Rs 2,000 unless a specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus being voided.

Game malfunctions void all related bets. When an account is suspended pending investigation, SlotPKR will inform the player via the registered email address. The investigation period may take up to 14 business days. During this period, funds in the account are frozen but not forfeited unless the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms.
Players may also close their own SlotPKR account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Before an account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed. Any remaining real-money balance after withdrawal processing will be returned to the player's last-used verified payment method.
